SpainNever Received my product
You offered shipping to Spain however do not have entrance permit. Never received the product and I am looking for reimbursement for my purchase but have not been able to find the way to get it. Today received a response through WhatsApp mentioning that the product is in Spain however it never arrived at the address mentioned and we got a email and phone call saying it could no clear customs. I would appreciate a response and the reimbursement of my purchase. Hope to get an answer. José
